Some nice things

As a visual contrast to the scary jacket, here’s some nice things I found at the op-shop yesterday.

A vintage apron of super kitschy goodness:

I had to mentally will a woman to put it back as she picked it up just as I set eyes on it.  But she lost interest and wandered away, so it was mine.  Hurrah!

Just for the record, I dropped off 4 bags containing clothes, bed linen and kitchen plasticy things.  So my world is in balance.

    That is the coolest apron! I’;ve had moments where someone lingers over something you saw a second too late. I nearly tackled a woman for an embroidery book once, thankfully (for her) she put it back.
