…besides Ben Lee. You know I’m tired when I consider this a reasonable offering for a post. But I like chickens and I like Brendan Fraser. Lots. So it’s a good combo in my book. And no, I have no idea why he’s wearing a chicken suit.

But when I do my old name, there’s 15 people with the same name. Weird, I always thought my name was kinda unusual. Very handy if I want to be incognito though.

Friday Fun Things

I thought I’d share some random fun things from this week, including miscellaneous coloured text for extra fun (they’re not links, so don’t go clicking them will you?)
First off, the coffee I just had (mmm caramel). And I HAD to buy the coffee scroll, ’cause it reminded me of a Lucky Parcel. The shop had a poll going, “Who is the greatest band ever?” – the choices were Queen, the Beatles, U2 and “other”. I added the White Stripes to the “other” column, not that they’re my fave band ever ever ever, but the question was too hard, and they’re one of my favourite bands.
Yesterday this was in our PO Box. What the?..said I.
But it turned out to be just clever marketing:

By the way Sara, sleep always comes before swapping! Definitely. Here’s a pic of the finished shrine I ended up sending for the swap-bot swap. It is a fridge magnet shrine of the Virgin de Guadalupe. Hopefully I’ve done her justice.
